Overview

Each RO RO Rentals dumpster includes a predefined disposal and weight allowance. This policy explains how that allowance works and how additional charges are assessed if it is exceeded.

Included allowance

  • Your rental includes disposal up to the weight specified in your quote or confirmation.
  • The allowance is designed to cover typical debris for the dumpster size selected.
  • Different materials have significantly different weights.

Overages

  • If the load exceeds the included allowance, additional charges apply.
  • Overages are billed at the current published per-ton or per-pound rate.
  • Heavier materials such as concrete, brick, roofing shingles, dirt, or masonry commonly exceed standard allowances.

Weight determination

  • All loads are weighed at the disposal facility.
  • Billing is based on certified landfill scale weights.
  • Visual estimates or partial-load assumptions do not affect final weight charges.

No reconciliation

Disposal charges are based on final recorded weights. We do not reconcile or adjust invoices based on perceived load volume or unused capacity.
