Overview

These Terms apply to all dumpster rentals and related services provided by RO RO Rentals. Requesting a quote, booking service, or using a rental container constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Quotes, Scheduling, and Routing

• Quotes depend on customer-provided details: address, materials, timeline, and access conditions.
• Availability is confirmed only after scheduling approval.
• Delivery and pickup windows may vary based on weather, traffic, route load, or disposal facility conditions.
• Blocked access at delivery or pickup may result in trip charges or rescheduling fees.

Placement and Site Access

• Customers are responsible for clear access and accurate placement instructions.
• Street placement may require permits depending on city or county requirements.
• Customers are responsible for obtaining permits when required.

Loading Rules and Disposal Limits

• Debris cannot exceed the top rail of the container.
• Heavy materials may require reduced fill levels.
• Overweight loads are billed by certified landfill scale weight.
• Restricted materials must follow the materials policy.

Rental Duration and Extensions

• Included rental period is listed in your quote or confirmation.
• Extensions are subject to route capacity and additional charges.

Payments and Documentation

• Payment terms are issued at booking or invoicing.
• Additional charges may apply for overage, extension, contamination, or failed access conditions.
• Contractor and government projects may include PO and invoice requirements.

Liability and Service Refusal

RO RO Rentals may refuse service for unsafe access, prohibited materials, overloaded containers, or misuse. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service in question, to the extent permitted by law.
