Overview
For safety, environmental, and regulatory reasons, certain materials are strictly prohibited from being placed in RO RO Rentals dumpsters.
Prohibited materials
- Hazardous waste of any kind
- Liquids, oils, fuels, chemicals, or solvents
- Paints, stains, or sealants (liquid or partially liquid)
- Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
- Medical or biohazard waste
- Pressurized containers (propane tanks, aerosols, gas cylinders)
- Tires, batteries, or automotive fluids
- Refrigerators, freezers, or appliances containing refrigerants
- Electronics or e-waste unless explicitly approved
Restricted materials
Some materials may be accepted only with prior approval and may require special handling or additional charges. Approval must be obtained before delivery.
Inspection and refusal
- Loads may be inspected before pickup or at the disposal facility.
- Dumpsters containing prohibited materials may be refused for transport.
- Removal of prohibited materials may be required before service continues.
Customer responsibility
- The customer is fully responsible for all contents placed in the dumpster.
- Any fines, cleanup costs, remediation fees, or special disposal charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Additional fees may apply for delays, re-routing, or rejected loads.
