Overview

This policy explains how rental time is counted, how to request an extension, and how pickup timing is scheduled. If you have a deadline, request pickup or an extension early so we can route you efficiently.

Rental period

  • Rental time begins on the confirmed delivery date/time.
  • The included rental period is the standard time window stated in your quote or confirmation.
  • If access is blocked or placement is not possible on arrival, additional fees and rescheduling may apply.

Extensions

  • Extensions apply when the included rental period ends and the dumpster remains on-site.
  • Extension fees are billed according to current published rates or as stated in your quote.
  • Requesting an extension does not automatically change your pickup route unless confirmed.

Pickup scheduling

  • Pickup timing depends on routing, location, and availability.
  • If you need pickup on a specific day, put that request in writing (quote form or text) as early as possible.
  • You are responsible for keeping the dumpster accessible until it is removed.
