Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all dumpster rentals and services provided by RO RO Rentals (“we,” “us,” “our”). By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using a RO RO Rentals dumpster, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes & Scheduling
- Quotes are based on the information provided (address, materials, estimated fill, and timing).
- Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by RO RO Rentals.
- Delivery and pickup times are route-based and may be affected by traffic, weather, or landfill conditions.
- If access is blocked at the time of delivery/pickup, additional trip fees may apply.
Rental Period & Extensions
- Rental duration is based on your selected package or the agreed rental period.
- Extensions may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
- If a dumpster is kept beyond the agreed period without an extension, additional daily charges may apply.
Placement & Access Requirements
- You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and clear of obstructions.
- Please provide accurate placement instructions and any access notes (gate codes, narrow driveways, HOA rules).
- If placement is on the street or public right-of-way, permits may be required depending on jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for obtaining any required permits and complying with local rules.
Loading Rules
- Do not overfill. Debris must not extend above the top rim of the dumpster.
- Keep the area around the dumpster clear for safe pickup.
- Weight limits and disposal allowances apply. Heavy materials may require a reduced fill level.
- Overages are billed based on landfill scale weight and disposal rates.
Prohibited & Restricted Materials
Hazardous and restricted items may not be placed in the dumpster. You agree to comply with our prohibited materials policy. If prohibited items are found, you may be responsible for additional fees, remediation costs, and any penalties charged by disposal facilities.
Damage, Surface Protection, and Responsibility
- While we take care in delivery and pickup, surface damage can occur depending on ground conditions and load.
- You are responsible for informing us of surface concerns (decorative concrete, pavers, septic fields, etc.).
- You are responsible for damage caused by overloading, moving the dumpster, or improper use.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are provided at booking or on the invoice.
- Additional charges may apply for overages, extended rental time, blocked access, or prohibited materials.
- Government/contractor billing may require PO details or invoicing information provided by the customer.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or reschedules.
- Same-day cancellations or missed delivery windows may result in a trip fee.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RO RO Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services provided will not exceed the amount paid for the rental giving rise to the claim.
Service Refusal
We may refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe, access is not possible, prohibited materials are present, or if the dumpster is overloaded or improperly used.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
